Rackhost and Inter.link formed a partnership at the start of 2024, and the collaboration has led to even greater mutual benefits since then, creating outstanding results for end users.

Theo Voss, Inter.link Co-Founder and CEO said,  "With their experience and infrastructure, Rackhost was the clear choice for our PoP in Budapest, and we are thrilled that on top of our high-performance IP Transit, they’ve decided to utlise our Flex Ethernet offering."

When looking for a partner, Rackhost wanted a robust IP Transit service provider, and this is what they found with Inter.link. Inter.link recognised Rackhost to be ideal because they had their own infrastructure and colocation, providing a bundled solution for Inter.link's network.

As the partnership continues, Inter.link takes Rackhost to Vienna so that they can connect to local internet exchanges. This is still the early days of this partnership, so it is exciting to watch and discover what other benefits are in store for local ISPs and other types of clients in Hungary.

Gergely Csapó, CEO of Rackhost said, "Our collaboration with Inter.link marks a significant milestone for Rackhost as we expand our reach to Vienna. This partnership not only strengthens our infrastructure but also enhances our ability to provide top-tier services to our clients across Hungary and beyond. We look forward to exploring further opportunities with Inter.link as we continue to grow together."

Inter.link met Rackhost in October 2023 at the first ever network operator group event in Hungary, HUNOG1. Inter.link was the event’s sustainability sponsor and Nicol Nógrádi, Inter.link Special Projects Manager, presented on sustainability in the network industry. Plans for partnering were originally initiated with Deninet, the hosting and data centre service company in Budapest, and the partnership was completed when Deninet was acquired by Rackhost near the end of 2023.
