Key People
Theo Voss
CEO & Co-Founder
Theo Voss co-founded Inter.link with almost 10 years of industry experience as a well-known member of the internet community.
Theo Voss has a proven track record in the industry, having led a team of more than 25 professionals in the operations and engineering of a global network with more than 90 points of presence worldwide, while also spearheading key projects such as the development of a global backbone and the implementation of self-service network automation.
Marc Korthaus
Investor & Co-Founder
Marc Korthaus is an entrepreneur, investor, and mentor. Most recently, he built up SysEleven, a German cloud provider, which he sold to secunet AG in 2022.
With Inter.link, he is now implementing the vision of a connection between cloud and network connectivity that puts the customer at the center and makes the use of network services such as cloud resources bookable via API or portal. In his career, he has taken on the role of Chapter President of the Entrepreneurs Organization in the years 2020 to 2022 and is actively committed to entrepreneurship.
Mona Stussig
VP Business Operations
Mona serves as VP of Business Operations at Inter.link, overseeing People & Culture, Finance and Legal, while also leading Marketing. Her role involves ensuring efficiency and strategic alignment throughout the company to achieve our objectives. With an MBA and experience spanning Big 5 consultancies and startups, she excels at driving scalable growth and operational excellence.
Stefan Funke
Head of Network and Infrastructure
Stefan leads Inter.link’s technical operations. He and his teams are responsible for operating and expanding Inter.link’s global network. He started in network operations and building global infrastructure at the beginning of 2000. Previously, he worked in several leading roles at Vodafone, NetApp, DE-CIX, and Anexia.
Timo Glasberger
Chief of Staff
Timo brings nearly 15 years of experience across people and culture, organisational development, strategy, operations and emergency response. Before joining Inter.link, he held senior leadership roles in VC-backed impact and technology startups and scale-ups, including International University Group and InPlanet and draws on several years of experience in boutique consulting. Timo has led large-scale restructures, managed multi-million budgets, and driven efficiency gains through AI tools and OKR-led execution. With a background in business and psychology, he is passionate about building human-centred, scalable systems that change the world for the better.
Gabor Reich
Team Lead Business Development
