Head of Sales
You are responsible for our global sales organization, more than 100 existing customers, and growing our revenue across the business. This includes build of a global sales team for the segments Carrier & Wholesale, Enterprise, and Partner. We expect you have a strong personal presence in the industry and being recognized as an experienced sales leader in previous positions. You will also further develop our sales tools and establish regular reporting dashboards. Growing the Inter.link product offering and reach in collaboration other departments will become your main mission at Inter.link.
This includes:
- Development of an international sales team consisting of a minimum of 10 people to meet target YRR/growth
- Development, market introduction, and execution of an international partner program
- Define and execute Inter.link’s sales strategy across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions that will help accelerate our international growth, driving acquisition, retention and ARR
- Build out the sales team to support the go to market-strategy
- Manage budget and track ROI on sales projects
- Evaluate the success of all Sales activity with key metrics reporting and market insights
- Own the sales P&L, working with the leadership team on targets and budget to achieve and meet them
- Create a testing and learning environment by constantly optimizing existing channels and testing new ones
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize pipeline and improve conversion to close
- Collaborate with the product team to support successful product and feature launches
- Grow, develop and manage a high-performing, collaborative team of sales people across the company
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in a B2B tech startup or scaleup environment
- A minimum of 3 years in a Sales leadership position, ideally leading international teams
- Demonstrable success in driving high-impact sales, identifying targets and utilizing the right channels to generate leads and convert them into customers
- Experience leading go-to-market strategy within cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Strong track record of hitting acquisition and revenue targets
- Highly creative, with storytelling instincts and the ability to operate across all levels

Account Manager Carrier & Wholesale
As an Account Manager at Inter.link you will be responsible for a certain customer segment/market. The Carrier and Wholesale market comprises Internet Service Providers, Carriers, Local Access, and Campus Networks. Inter.link is deeply connected to the Internet Operator Community and expects you to continuously deepen that relationship by attending community conferences, giving presentations, and being the public face of Inter.link.
This includes:
- Building and maintaining a sustainable network in the Carrier & Wholesale world
- Collecting and processing feedback, e.g. through visits, project reviews, or surveys
- Identifying project potentials and promoting our products and services accordingly
- Attending Community conferences and Meet Ups representing Inter.link
- Showcasing Inter.link’s offerings and our portal/API services
- Development of benchmarks, competition, and market analyses
Requirements:
- You are able to plan strategically and build long term partnerships
- You work to find a solution for all parties involved that exceeds their requirements
- You have the ability to present complex technical issues in a simplified way

Account Manager Enterprise
As an Account Manager at Inter.link you will be responsible for a certain customer segment/market. You’ll be representing Inter.link in the Enterprise world, handling large scale accounts, corporates, and enterprises with connectivity needs. Showcasing Inter.link’s capabilities and uncover the customer’s own need for our services is your daily job. You flourish while participation in and representation of Inter.link at fairs, activities, and working groups. You feel comfortable wearing a suit and tie, as well as handling large purchasing departments.
This includes:
- Building and maintaining a sustainable customer relationship
- Collecting and processing feedback, e.g. through visits, project reviews, or surveys
- Identifying potential projects and promoting our products and services accordingly
- Representing the interests of our partners in our company and ensuring the success of projects
- Conception of offers and strategy roadmaps
- Development of benchmarks, competition, and market analyses
Requirements:
- You are able to plan strategically and handle decision makers, stakeholders and all other parties necessary to close a deal
- You know how to approach medium and large enterprises
- You have sold SaaS- or other IT services to international corporates
- You have the ability to present complex technical issues in a simplified way

Account Manager Partner
As an Account Manager at Inter.link you will be responsible for a certain customer segment/market. We believe in having a strong partner network for advertising, selling, and developing our products. The Inter.link platform is white-lable-ready and designed to enable partners to offer a new variety of products. You will build and maintain new partner relationships, onboard, and educate partner’ Sales Managers, and facilitate platform onboarding.
This includes:
- Building and maintaining a sustainable partner network
- Collecting and processing feedback, e.g. through visits, project reviews, or surveys
- Identifying project potentials and promoting our products and services accordingly
- Representing the interests of our partners in our company and ensuring the success of projects

Head of Marketing
Reporting to the CEO, you will determine and implement our marketing strategy and build a talented Marketing team to drive our international expansion, taking ownership of branding, product messaging and go-to-market strategy. You will be joining at a time of significant growth and play a key role in determining our global positioning as a best in category network solution.
In this role you will:
- Define and execute Inter.link’s marketing strategy across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions that will help accelerate our international growth, driving acquisition, retention and ARR
- Review and clarify the TAM, ICP, and target personas along with the value proposition for each sector
- Build out the content and channel plan to support the marketing strategy
- Manage impactful paid marketing campaigns
- Manage budget and track ROI on marketing projects
- Evaluate the success of all Marketing activity, delivering key metrics reporting and market insights
- Own the marketing P&L, working with the leadership team on targets and budget to achieve them and ensuring meet them

SRE/DevOps Engineer
Inter.link runs a variety of user-facing and network management-related services. This includes services for network automation, flow analytics, data storage or our customer portal.
In this position, you'll be responsible for running these systems and applications globally and at scale.
In this role you will:
- Manage the full lifecycle of services.
- Manage our hypervisor infrastructure.
- Closely collaborate with software and network engineers.
- Document processes and monitor performance metrics.
- Contribute your expertise for future growth and scaling of our infrastructure.
