Service Level Agreement

Inter.link GmbH (hereafter „Inter.link“), Boxhagener Strasse 80, 10245 Berlin, offers carrier services. The customer (hereafter „Customer“) wants to use these services in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

For former SysEleven customers, the previous SysEleven SLA remains valid. Contracts for new Inter.link customers are based on our new SLA.
