Theo Voss co-founded Inter.link with almost 10 years of industry experience as a well-known member of the internet community. Theo Voss has a proven track record in the industry, having led a team of more than 25 professionals in the operations and engineering of a global network with more than 90 points of presence worldwide, while also spearheading key projects such as the development of a global backbone and the implementation of self-service network automation.

Mona Stussig

Mona serves as the Chief of Staff at Inter.link, where she drives operational excellence and supervises the daily operations. Her role involves ensuring efficiency and strategic alignment throughout the company to achieve our objectives. Drawing upon her MBA and experience from both Big 5 consultancies and the startup world, Mona has a proven track record in scaling up startups and navigating the dynamic landscape of business.
Hakan Arslan
VP Global Sales
Hakan is a seasoned sales leader and has been working in the Telecommunications industry for the last 15 years. Through his career he has specialized on Data Center centric connectivity solutions.
Stefan Funke
Head of Infrastructure
Stefan leads Inter.link's technical operations. He and his teams are responsible for operating and expanding Inter.link's global network. He started in network operations and building global infrastructure at the beginning of 2000. Previously, he worked in several leading roles at Vodafone, NetApp, DE-CIX, and Anexia.
Wolfgang Nagele
Head of Network Functions
Wolfgang leads the development and delivery of our technical products. He has a breadth of experience in both operational as well as development roles. Previously he lead teams within established and mature businesses as well as early to late-stage startups within the global infrastructure space. His experience from operating critical infrastructure as well as boot-strapping products from an early stage sets the foundation of our approach to delivering customer centric products. In the past he has worked at the RIPE NCC, AusRegistry (now part of GoDaddy), N26 Bank and his own start-up ventures.
Alex Henthorn-Iwane
Interim VP of Marketing
Alex Henthorn-Iwane leads global marketing for Inter.link. As a seasoned executive Alex has helped build and lead multiple startups to successful exits. Alex has been involved in building the Network-as-a-Service category since serving as the CMO of PacketFabric, leading up to its merger with Unitas Global. He has also deep roots in IT, networking, Internet, cloud, serving as executive and head of marketing roles at Kentik, Quali, Packet Design, ThousandEyes (cquired by Cisco), and Sinefa (acquired by Palo Alto Networks).
Jason Wells
VP of Business Development
Jason leads global business development here at Inter.link. He is an accomplished leader in the SaaS, security & networking industries who drives all aspects of inter.link’s sales & marketing GTMs as Vice President. Most recently, he was VP & GM for EMEA at PacketFabric, a NaaS start-up based in the US, and VP of EMEA & APAC at CloudGenix, an SD-WAN startup acquired by Palo Alto Networks in early 2021 for around $500m & Global Head of Channels & VP of EMEA at Cradlepoint, acquired by Ericsson for about $1B in 2020.
Nicol Nógrádi
Special Projects Manager
Nicol is the go-to person for special projects at Inter.link, and has been key in developing our eco-friendly and sustainable practices since the company's founding. Initially overseeing operations as the Founders Associate, she now leads in enhancing customer experience and spearheading sustainability projects.
