About the Role 

As a Product Manager at Inter.link, you will play a central role in turning the company's vision, combined with robust data (sales projections, customer feedback, etc.), into a clearly prioritized product roadmap. You will own the entirety of our product portfolio, encompassing traditional network products, network functions, and customer enablement topics such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and self-signup. You will work with the Product Owners to steer the implementation of our products according to the roadmap and your prioritization.

Your Profile

  • Develop and own the product strategy, aligning it with the company's overall goals and vision. 
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, using data-driven decision-making. 
  • Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront of product development. 
  • Lead the product organization and foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement. 
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and related materials. 
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and sales teams, to ensure alignment on product goals and progress. 
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate efficient development processes. 
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery. 
  • Plan and coordinate product releases, including feature prioritization and release schedules. 
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing maintenance. 
  • Identify and solve product-related challenges and issues in a proactive manner. 
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, regularly reporting on progress. 
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuously explore new product ideas. 

Professional Experience: 

  • Possess a track record working in product-relevant roles, especially in start-up environments. 
  • Experience using relevant tooling and adapting it to established processes (ticketing, roadmaps, etc.) 

Team and Reporting Structure: 
The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, development teams, sales, marketing. The position will report directly to our CEO.
