About the Role 

  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert on's NaaS offerings, demonstrating a deep understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and industry trends.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand their network infrastructure requirements and design customized NaaS solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our NaaS offerings.
  • Proposal Creation: Create comprehensive proposals that detail the technical aspects of the NaaS solution, including architecture, specifications, and pricing.
  • Product Knowledge Transfer: Educate sales teams and customers on the features, benefits, and capabilities of our NaaS solutions, ensuring a clear understanding of their potential advantages.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support during the sales cycle, addressing customer questions, concerns, and objections.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings, enabling you to position's NaaS solutions effectively.
  • Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong customer relationships through excellent communication, understanding their unique business challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, solution designs, and proposal details.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field equivalent(s).
  • Proven experience in network sales engineering, network architecture, or related technical sales roles.
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including BGP, Peering, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN and cloud networking.
  • Experience with software-defined networking (SDN) and network virtualisation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, AWS Certified Network Specialty, or equivalent(s) are a plus.
  • Prior experience in a sales engineering or solutions architect role is highly desirable.
  • Strong English and German language written and verbal communication skills.
