We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our NaaS, global internet connectivity and infrastructure security solutions, drive brand awareness, and help to generate leads. You will be responsible for channel marketing, social media marketing, and event coordination efforts. You will also update & maintain our website inside HubSpot.

1. Channel Marketing:

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to expand our reach and generate leads through strategic partnerships, reseller programs, and alliances.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and onboard new channel partners, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and target markets.
  • Create and deliver marketing collateral, including presentations, sales tools, and partner-focused content to support channel initiatives.
  • Monitor channel performance, track partner engagement, and provide regular reports on key metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain the channel marketing operational budget.

2. Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive lead generation.
  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring of social media platforms.
  • Create compelling and relevant content for social media channels, such as blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
  • Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities for engagement, and leverage social listening tools to gather insights and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community around our brand.

3. Event Coordination:

  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer appreciation events, to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics, including venue selection, booth design, promotional materials, and staffing requirements.
  • Develop event-specific marketing materials, such as invitations, signage, presentations, and promotional giveaways.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure all activities align with marketing goals and objectives.
  • Measure and evaluate the success of events, including lead generation, attendee feedback, and ROI analysis.
  • Develop and maintain the channel marketing operational budget.

General Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and operations, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential target segments.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in channel marketing, social media marketing, and event coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with using HubSpot &/or SFDC CRM tools
  • Experience with using the ZoomInfo SalesOS & Engage platforms
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Team-oriented with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with creating & controlling channel marketing & event budgets.
