About the role
The Sr. Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for running day-to-day marketing programs and operations at Inter.link. This role is a generalist marketing role where you will have the possibility to expand and develop in several marketing areas. From event management and logistics together with the sales team to raising brand awareness and managing the analytical side of marketing – this role is one that works closely together with our leadership team to bring marketing at Inter.link forward!Your Impact

Working closely together with the leadership team and across sales and tech, your responsibilities will have a direct impact on our business. You will be a great fit for this role if you bring experience in the following:- Event planning and execution – organizing participation in conferences, trade fairs and events with a focus on optimal company presence, including promotional presence, logistics, and coordinating speakers, sales, and technical participants.
- Use of digital channels (websites, social media, email marketing, SEO) to position the brand internationally and specifically address target groups.
- External Community Building within the Internet Ecosystem/Community
- Salesforce marketing data, processes, and reporting including campaigns, leads etc.
- External marketing communication – press and analyst relations, speaker placement, thought leadership positioning for executives – you will be the eyes and ears of the company.
- Planning and management of the marketing budget to maximize impact.
- Project manage all ongoing marketing efforts while keeping an eye out for any new potential ideas.
- LinkedIn ad campaigns and reporting.
Requirements:
- Strong background in marketing and communications – ideally with an affinity or experience in the network connectivity services industry/ Naas space.
- Highly organized and detail oriented from planning and execution through reporting
- Previous experience in event management/organization.
- Marketing budget allocation, planning and reporting experience is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills (internal and external) – this role ties our tech, sales, and leadership teams together for our external presence.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, specifically on LinkedIn.
- Execution of data reporting in Salesforce. Solid grasp of branding and brand design principles
- Ideally, small team or startup experience.
- Player-coach: equally comfortable as a manager and working hands-on – it is a small team, taking action is needed.
